愛好者在選擇學校的時候,很容易混淆視聽。前不久,筆者為幫助一個想學烹飪的親戚選擇烹飪學校,而慕名拜訪了成都幾家響噹噹的烹飪學
校:
期望越高,失望越大
當筆者滿懷希望步入某烹飪學校的時候,首先映入眼簾的是非常熱鬧的校園。說“熱鬧”倒是真的,在一百多平米的校園裡(其實只能

筆者還參觀了某烹飪學校的教學樓。從一樓上二樓,樓梯間的垃圾以及廁所飄出的臭味,實在讓人不敢恭維。他們的實驗室,跟現在的
網吧佈局差不多,一排挨著一排,很密,在實驗室的一端放著幾個煤氣罐(有老師發出這樣的感慨:真擔心發生爆炸啊)。整個學校的規模,
不如小學校,還打著至高的旗子,在招搖晃騙,真讓人心寒。
另外,筆者跟著某烹飪學校的學生上過一堂《餐飲管理》課。上課的是一位中年男老師(據說還是該校一個中級幹部),可能是他對教
材的內容太熟悉了,他上課的時候幾乎是不看教材的,也沒見他備課,他在黑板上書寫著教材上的提綱,講的十分大略,也非常快;課堂上還
會時不時的接電話,無外乎是告訴別人:“我現在在上課,一會兒我給你打過來。”。下面的二十多個學生(據悉,本來這是兩個班近80人的
合班課)或無精打采,或高談闊論,幾乎沒有聽課的。同樣筆者抱著希望而去,帶著失望而歸。
喜憂參半,感慨多多
都說烹飪這個行業比其他行業就業率高,相信這也是大多數人選擇烹飪的原因。選擇烹飪,學習烹飪的人,大多是來自農村、小城鎮,
他們的目標很明確:在最少的時間內拿到文憑,投入到工作中去;學一門謀生的技術,並在最短的時間內見到效益。
可是據筆者了解,在一些皇糧未斷的烹飪學校實習生的工資學校都會扣除60%作為管理費,實習生真正能拿到手的多為80元/月、150月/
月、260月/月,很多時候實習生也並不能按照自己的專業來選擇崗位,而是單位什麼崗位需要人就到哪裡;而剛畢業的學生工資多為300元/月
、400/月、500/月,筆者還親見某洗浴中心開進了某學校的畢業雙選會會場,在資料上明碼標著“技師4000/月,要求:初中畢業”,招聘的人
也穿著黃色的技師工作服(看到這,筆者有種很強烈的想將她們轟出去的衝動)。
另外,在一些民辦烹飪學校,凡在該校學習時間過了2/3的學生,都會被學校提前推薦工作,並且辦理畢業手續。這時,當有學生不願
意提前就業,就會被拉到下一個學習班;而當有的同學對工作單位不滿意隨即返回學校,學校不僅不會讓其在學校住宿,更不會再推薦工作,

呼籲創建真正培養人才的烹飪學校
每個學校都習慣用優美的校園環境、一流的教學設施和師資隊伍,還有100%推薦就業等等冠冕堂皇的理由來騙取烹飪學習者的信任。
可是試問,這樣的學校能叫學校嗎?這樣的工作能叫工作嗎?天下的父母能放心的將子女託付給這樣的學校嗎?這樣的學校真的能為社會、為國
家培養出烹飪人才嗎?從農村出來的小學或者初中未畢業的人,他們工作的待遇也至少會達到低保。而這種父母辛辛苦苦、賣雞蛋賣糧換錢供
